Corporate Team of the Year
This award is open to teams of lawyers working in corporate law. The award seeks to recognise the most successful corporate department of 2007, with particular attention paid to the completion of important transactions for Scottish-based businesses and the development of new business.
The judges will be looking for a firm, which has succeeded in completing a hectic deal schedule in 2007, with particular attention paid to deals of financial importance to Scotland’s economy.
The judging panel will be looking for:
- Evidence of a productive and positive team
- An outline of key activity in 2007
- Short biographical detail on the team and leading individuals
- Evidence as to why the corporate team is a force within the firm
- Evidence of market reputation and new business growth
Nominations should include case studies and client testimonials where appropriate.
