This award is for firms whose performance over the last 12 months has led to significant business success and a reputation for excellence. The firm may have gone through a major challenge, a successful merger, broken into new markets or entered a strategic partnership.
Judges will be seeking out those firms that have successfully demonstrated some or all of the following criteria:
- Excellent management and dynamic leadership
- Development of business across the UK
- Significant overall growth which may be demonstrated by financial results
- Strategic business planning and marketing effectiveness Indications of strong team morale or team development policy
- Active pursuit of a CSR or in house environmental policy
Nominations should include case studies and client testimonials where appropriate.
