Nominees may have successfully guided their firm or department through a major change or development within the past 12 months or have driven the business forward to new levels of achievement. Alternatively, this partner may have overseen a significant business win for the firm or the launch of a new service or department.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:

• Proven achievements as a result of their own efforts
• Diplomacy, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• Excellent team management and leadership qualities
• Respect from colleagues, peers and clients
