This award is open to firms that have created a reputation in the buying and selling of residential property. This award seeks to identify the team or firm that has successfully managed to sustain a high number of client transactions in 2007 and delivered consistent standards of client satisfaction.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:

• An outline of key activity in 2007
• Team working and ability to coordinate client work
• Short biographical detail on the team and leading individuals
• Marketing reputation and new business growth
• Client satisfaction and delivery of objectives

Nominations should include case studies and client testimonials where appropriate.
