Judges will be looking for evidence of:

• An efficient and reliable service offering a consistently high standard of support
• An imaginative approach to supporting the requirements of the firm
• Team efforts making a significant difference to the firm’s performance
• The team working across the firm

Nominations should include case studies and client testimonials where appropriate.
