All submissions should be relevant to activity carried out in 2007.

All submission should contain evidence to support this.

Nominated solicitors must be qualified and currently practicing in Scotland.

The content of all nominations are kept strictly private and confidential and shared between judges and the officials of the Scottish Legal Awards.  They will not be published or made public at any stage without prior approval of the firm.

The judges’ reserve the right to move entries into other categories if appropriate and award Highly Commended.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Scottish Legal Awards can not return entries and accept no responsibility for loss or damage to material submitted.
