Andy has over twenty-seven years experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and its predecessor firms, working with a broad range of clients both in the UK and overseas. Andy is currently senior partner in charge of the firm’s Audit and Business Advisory Services in Glasgow.

Currently Engagement Partner for a number of UK listed companies – Devro plc, Axis-Shield plc, SMG plc, Interbulk Investments plc and Clyde Process Solutions plc, he has extensive experience in Financial Due Diligence work and is involved in the technical areas of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Sarbannes Oxley (Sarbox) regulatory requirements.

Andy has been Chairman of IoD Scotland since the beginning of 2005, folowing three years as Chairman of IoD West of Scotland branch. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) West of Scotland Committee and ICAS West of Scotland Area Training Committee.
